I think the pp who are sharing the latest with this age group arent crowing or boasting but explaining the progress made with a club in a very competitive soccer area. Scroll through the pages of comments regarding the 2 biggest clubs on LI. Doesn't take a surgeon to see things have changed recently. Have no rooting interest here. EDP stats are easy to find. The 08 Blue LISC did not score goals but they didn't give up any. The league seems competitive outside one club. STA is a good team they played the Blue LISC today. Anyone know what happened? Looking at stats STA let up 2 goals this season. Wonder if they blew out LISC blue or maybe they Won in PKs lol!!!
LISC Won 3-2
And finished in 7th place.
I admit, not a great season.
A lot of players were not as dedicated as one would hope, whaddaya gonna do 14 year olds are still finding their way and want to do more than one thing.
The club is working on fixing that for next year. GA and GA Rising are for more dedicated soccer players and the EDP team will be for kids that have other interests but still want to play competitive soccer.
