The Rockville Centre Red Storm will be holding Open Practice sessions to add players for the upcoming 2023/4 season. The open practice dates are as follows:

2, 4 May - (Tuesday / Thursday)
9. 11 May - (Tuesday / Thursday)
16, 17 May - (Tuesday / Thursday)
23, 24 May - (Tuesday / Thursday)

All times are 8:30 - 10 PM, at RVC Sports Complex (just south of Southern State Parkway, Exit 9). We'd ask that any player interested please sign up before attending a session.
