Why do SUSA parents feel the need to constantly put everyone else down? We get it you spend $10K a year so your kid can hopefully get a mid level D1 partial scholarship so you have to be the best. Let's all just agree the SUSA is the best and everyone else sucks. Now we don't need to hear from the SUSA lemmings for the rest of the season!

Saw the alignments for 08 but it’s strange because most of the tops teams aren’t there for example Auburndale, Somers, lisc blue

I didn’t know that the word TOP could be used in front of these teams unless you mean on TOP of that crappy EDP league?

I heard they all moved over to ECNL because the current version of SUSA is vastly overrated at this age group.

Did they get promoted into USYS North Atlantic? That's where the top teams in EDP D1 move to the following season.

You do realize that is the NY Club bastardized version and not the USYS North Atlantic NL Division, which only plays in the spring once HS ball starts for the players.

The only team there that is going to be playing in USYS North Atlantic NL Division is RVC and possibly GC, since WI folded and will not be taking a spot in Premier I. The rest of those teams are middling at best. The rest of the teams that do play Premier I are taking the fall off and playing tournaments to keep sharp.

WI folded? That’s too bad they were doing really well. Why fold?

Best of luck to all the 08s this year. EM NL will need a lot of support considering who their trainer is. Stay strong!

Taking bets early this time. EM NL is going to lose every game except 1 this season. They will lose 2 or 3 players before the season ends. The coach will scream and curse at the girls before mid-season. The girls will feel threatened to perform to his standards. The team will score 5 goals for the season and get 17 scored against them. Any takers?

Stay strong!

I’ll bet 2 SUSA players will end up at EM by next season.

Question for the original poster, are you an EMSC parent? If not, would you mind telling us which team your daughter plays for?

What does it matter, that is not going to sway to odds in EM's favor. Pony up if you care otherwise sit back and watch it all unravel.

I’ll take the over in Wins and goals scored for EM. Everyone who knows this team will take the over. If you really know the age group, Trainer is a serious wild card. Like it was said earlier if they keep their heads clear of negativity. They are a top 4 team.

Drink the Kool Aid. In 2 years they will completely change the roster with 1 or 2 kids staying. Name of the game is to keep families at bay for a year or 2 then recycle and pick up players from the other clubs. Their teams have habitually stayed in last 2 or 3 teams. Nothing fun about that. Trainer…do t get me started.

It doesn't sound like you're an EM parent, so why do you even care about this team? Did your poor little Suzie not make the cut this year?
