I have a 2007 son looking to make a move from his current club that consists of more localized players. Any info on solid clubs/training would be appreciated, I am not a soccer guy. Any info on Long Island Soccer Club ? Located in Nassau County, north shore.

Try any of the top teams playing in the USYS national league, north east, all decent clubs.

How much for the year? Forget about uniform and travel. Just how much for the yearly fees? I know Gottschee and Met oval are $3k a year. Is it more or comparable?

The $3k a year is just registration and training. Tournaments are extra as well as indoor. Factor in cost of travel/hotel stays & food and you are closer to $5k. Local town teams are much less.

They don't do very many tournaments that cost anything. Winter is included. However travel and hotel for the 3 large trips is a fortune. Plane tickets plus hotel for 5 days each. Not comparing this to local town teams. Apples and oranges. Curious how much just training and registration is for SUSA for the year.
