Hmmm, a lot of EDP, NPL, ECNL people in this group too. Doubt they are all cry babies. No one is quitting youth sports, people just aren't stupid and aren't willing to risk spreading this disease by breaking a state and federal mandate. I'd open the economy and get people working again first. Wonder how the SURF people will feel when they get whacked with a $10,000 fine for defying the mandate? You gonna pay the fine for them?

Nothing from the know it all idiots? Where are all the experts on county law? Have they gone to bed? SUSA training starts next week losers! Per the governor. You keep Mia in the back yard kicking against the stoop, while wearing a mask of course.

And you wonder why people hate SUSA. Tell us what you are an expert on except being an a**hole. Do you coach a team, run a club as a board member? How many kids other than your own are you responsible for the safety and well being of? Will you get sued if a child gets sick or catches and passes the disease along? SUSA won't be able to start until the fields they need permits for give the approval to proceed; i.e. Bayport, Commack, Suffolk Y, etc. But I imagine they can use their own bubbles in Lindenhurst and buildings in Hauppauge and Smithtown. All this under strict social distancing guidelines to limit the potential spread of the still existent disease. SUSA people aren't immune are they? Everyone is just as anxious to get started but not to grab the checks from the db parents like SUSA and SURF are. "A sucker born every minute" PT Barnum would have loved SUSA & SURF people.

Exactly right. And Susa sheep will find additional fees being added to their bill for “indoor facility use” which will be about $500 an hour and it won’t matter that you were crammed onto the little field with 3 other teams. At this point, if you don’t see what’s going on and that they just want your money, you deserve what you get. Soccer programs are already cutting budgets so if you’re in it for the scholarship money, you’re about to have a rude awakening. You will lose your money for the next soccer season as well since soccer is not coming back anytime soon.

Not all are dumb enough to fork MORE money out that would likely be lost again! With all this uncertainty would be dumb to just hand over more money! #SUSAOUT

will happily go play for Dix Hills - number of former DH players have gone onto be college players, some at major programs. Two former DH players are currently starters on NYCFC older academy teams and are members of USYNT pool. So I ask you this, what has Susa accomplished as to player development comparatively (the answer, nothing) AND what have you gotten from Susa besides your credit card getting a work out over the last few months as you've been quarantined.

Former trainer produced many many Professionals out of that club! You must not know your history. Yes the club has faded away but that former trainer sure can maximize your kids potential! Millions in scholarship money for student athletes. Several parlayed into 10+ years professional careers! Larry has offered up his services, just call him and your on your way to a better environment with long lasting proven results! An actual Professional at what he does!

Easy to say as a parent that will happily play for Dix Hill. What league do they play in? What tournaments do they play in? What college showcases do they play in? Who are there coaches/trainers? How do you know your daughter would be happy with the competition, competitiveness and training? Easy to make a passing remark but what has DH done lately playing soccer and where can I see a list of college commitments for the last 3 years as well as the 2021’s so far. Would like to see that info.

The vast majority of commits from Susa were bought from other clubs. And, most of them were committed before they arrived at Susa. Susa even lists girls on their commit list that don’t even play there anymore (arrived committed and left). The boys are a different story… Extremely low commitment number and most are division three. In the end it doesn’t matter anyway because money for Soccer will not be there.

As stated that Pro trainer has been gone from Dix Hills and the club has fallen off since! Once those players aged out and siblings have also aged out the club has diminished significantly. But the list of colleges attended from this well known Professional include Duke, Clemson, UVA, Old Dominion, Syracuse, Uconn, the list goes on. Too many to name! This 5 time National champion 9 year Pro player 25+ years coaching experience two time HOF inductee blows away ALL SUSA trainers! If your child wouldn’t be happy to play for someone with that experience, likely never will be happy. Who cares what league or tournament we play! When you already know every college coach and are respected by all, options are plentiful! It’s who you know. SUSA has nobody on their staff that commands this type of respect in the college or Pro ranks! Nobody! But you stick with SUSA!

Lol it’s so true. Susa trainers have no rapport with college coaches and no desire to advocate for the players.

Yup, and the vast majority were committed before they came to Susa. Some are no longer even with the club lol

When it comes to trainers on LI I totally agree. Too many teams underachieve because of the inadequate training. Everything you mentioned about DH is talking in the past of what occurred years ago. Who was the trainer? Where can I find this impressive list of former DH players that was trained by this unknown pro trainer. Everything you are saying is very secretive. If your so positive about DH be more specific. As far as who cares about what league or tournaments you play in it shows how little you know about club soccer. It means everything for those players who want to play in college. So who is this pro trainer that knows every college coach and is respected by all these college coaches since as you say ‘it’s who you know“. I think a lot of people would like to know for future reference since SUSA is so inferior playing ECNL.

Just a phone call away! Contact The BOSS, The Chief Rocker, Larry Miller and your 1 phone call away. We can discuss all the facts you want! Never post players names as they are Professionals and that’s their business to post on websites. We must respect our players. But we can certainly discuss anything you want. If your that serious or curious
