Given the current health and travel concerns surrounding COVID-19, SUSA remains committed to providing a safe environment for our SUSA family.

We are canceling all events starting today Thursday 3/12/20 through Friday 3/20/20 (including all practices, scrimmages, team meetings, league games, cup games, and tournaments).

We will continue to monitor the advice from the CDC and local authorities. Further updates will be sent next week.

Please look out for communication from your team coaches as we will be putting workouts together for our players to maximize their time at home to stay active and ready to go.

I am not a SUSA member but I applaud this difficult decision to put the members health first.

susa didn't have a choice but to cancell....NYS has outlawed any gatherings over 500 people.
The governor will probably lower this to 250 to follow New Jersey.

I think you're off the mark. When was the last time SUSA had 500 people at a practice or in their bubble. Regardless of the ban on 500 people gatherings they were proactive. Don't disregard that.
