The project is still on track to be open sometime in the Fall - They were delayed for a few weeks with the resubmitted drainage plan. The Town takes a long time to approve plans, but they approved them last week - so they are back on track.

Why are you telling me this? I know the story because I’m the one who pu’’blished it. What you fail to recognize is that Damiano‘s tried to trade off EISA Name and Ronnie was nicer than he should’ve been and didn’t sue his ass. You also need to know that the facility in Smithtown/St. James went into foreclosure and that Damiano‘s was despised by 99.9% of the soccer community.

Exactly what is it you’re trying to communicate to me?

I wasn't trying to communicate anything to you directly. You chimed in on the initial statement saying ISA never owned a building in St James because you assumed it was "Intense Soccer Academy" being referred to and not International Soccer Academy. Both went by ISA. And yes Damianos was totally despised by 99.9% of the soccer community. He was an a completely obnoxious man. No matter though. SUSA is in and is fixing the place up and Damianos is a part of history to be forgotten.

Spring 2020 seems like a realistic opening estimate

Which field has your team been assigned to practice on fall?

Drove past these fields last week, doesn't look like any work is being done there anymore. I highly doubt these fields will ever get completed!

My last check (posted above) is that those fields will be done by Spring 2020 and that has not changed.

Your last post on 7/13 stated Sometime in the Fall. So I guess they have been delayed further. Hopefully Spring 2020 is achievable.

What about my post on August 1?

Do you think it is easy doing business with town and village governments on Long Island?

I think it should be !! After all SUSA is dumping a lot of money into that place. It’s only making the area better. Why fight it ?? I’m sure Angie Carpenter will be the 1 st one there to cut the ribbon and take the credit.

Excuse me for being redundant, but "Do you think it is easy doing business with town and village governments on Long Island?"

Hey at least all the parents that have been paying those crazy fees for SUSA to build those fields will get to say they helped pay for those fields! Their kids won’t be around to play on them but hey at least you helped pay for them! 😝 empty promises of this great complex!

No. You are wrong. They said we can bring our boys anytime to play at the new fields, at a very good rate I might add

Whose boys? Only SUSA boys or outside clubs? If you think that SUSA will "rent" those fields to outsiders at a very good rate you are delusional. The bubble cost $425 for 1/2 the field for one hour. Kool aid drinker!
