If FC SESA is the future then they better have good trainers with high level licenses and know how to properly train and maintain competitive players and teams. Have adequate fields where teams can train on a full field without having to share with 2 or 3 other teams. That is the minimum necessary to attract good players. Too many trainers/coaches who talk a good game but just lay out cones and run drills that look like they came out of a book from the Public library. LISC is another club showing promise for the younger players.
hmmm sounds about right! FC SESA
has Mitchell Turf Field, Cantiaque Turf, Cedar Creek turf, Bay park Turf, so that makes it 4-5 turf fields, in addition, they use two indoor turf facilities, and a few indoor gyms in wantag. As for trainers and coaches FC SESA
now has a new staff hired by the new DOC who is an ex BWG DA Coach and his staff is EX Metoval, and EX BWG trainers so they all come from a good platform. What to me is most refreshing is to see a new line of coaches rather than this revolving scum of LI that sucks. The club has everything they need to succeed now so I wish them luck this year because they have expanded tremendously this past year with just one year of the new staff.
