Red Bulls Shock Crew, 3-0, NY Moves To Eastern Conference Finals

Give credit to the New York Red Bulls and their head coach, Chris Armas. Never count them out, especially if they're playing before their hometown fans at Red Bull Arena.

Down 1-0 in aggregate goals in the MLS semi-final Eastern conference 2nd leg, New York turned up the heat tonight against the visitors from Ohio, stunning them with a dominating 3-0 result. With a 3-1 margin in aggregate goals the Crew's season is over with New York advancing.

Next up are the Eastern conference finals. The Red Bulls will face Atlanta United on November 25, with the return 2nd leg match on November 29 at Red Bull Arena.

Should the Re Bulls continue their winning ways and defeat Atlanta, New York will host the MLS Cup final at Red Bull Arena on December 8 because they earned the Supporters Shield owning the league's best regular season record.
