OP Larry Miller Chief Rocker Back of THE NET Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 21,800 Likes: 72 North Woodmere	by Paul Kennedy - Soccer America Former U.S. women's national team goalkeeper Hope Solo has sued U.S. Soccer again, filing a complaint Friday for violation of the Equal Pay Act and discrimination in U.S. district court in Northern California. The suit alleges that the federation paid women's national team players less than men's national team players for similar work related to: 1. Compensation for friendlies; 2. World Cup-related compensation; 3. Olympics-related compensation; and 4. Compensation for sponsor appearances, ticket revenue and other monies. The case is separate from the EEOC case Solo is a party to. That case, filed in 2016, remains pending. On Thursday, Solo filed an appeal of the USOC decision dismissing her grievance against U.S. Soccer. In the case filed in Federal court, Solo is represented by attorney Timothy Moppin from El Cerrito, California. In the case before the USOC panel, Solo has been represented by Baker Botts, a well-known corporate law firm.

Anonymous Unregistered A	The greatest female goalie maybe ever but she has way too much baggage to be leading this charge. If you have watched them USWNT anytime lately, Hope is many times better than what they have on the roster but she just couldn't make good choices and just get along.
