I heard from people that VOB Cosmos was supposed to have a "super team" in this age group. What ever happened to that? Lmao

VOB is a club, and Cosmos is a team within that club that is an '03 team. I guess you are referring to them?

I'm referring to the "VOB Cosmos United" program within VOB which I believe has '02 and '01 reigonal teams.

OK, I shouldn't have said anything I'm not very familiar with VOB. But, their name and "super team" together piqued my interest.

Will the new Barca team allow participants (I won't say players cause there really aren't any) to play High School ball? A few from St. Anthony's,Chaminade.

Why wouldn't they? They are not a USSDA academy so the US Soccer no high school ball rule doesn't apply to them.

Remember, my post asked if Kings Park Barca is a great power. Not Spain Barca.

I mean as in a dream. They are just a youth club. What looks to be a club with nice facilities, and unknown training and unknown success since no one has even seen a team or a trainer. So, they are just another Long Island club, no great power here.

What I originally meant wasn't about being a power on the pitch, but being a power off it. Barcelona has basically taken over all our threads and that's what I was originally reffering to.

Don't we "all" pay ? I don't think it's fair to call them suckers. They are just hoping for a new good thing for their kids. Suckers is a little harsh.
We are all suckers with the money we pay at these clubs. But we do it for our kids. Maybe they will be happy. Ever think of that ? Just worry about your team and keep writing your checks. At the end of the day it's about making our kids happy. Be glad you can do that and your kid is healthy and can play.
