North Rockland, if your coach was smart he would tell the parents to shut up. Why denigrate on here what the girls accomplished this past weekend by trying to rub WC's nose in there defeat yesterday? Why do you want to act on this forum the same way as Northport or Crush did when they beat WC? What do you hope to accomplish or what reaction do you want from WC? You are now mad because they are not answering your taunts to engage in a fight, so good for them. Act like you have won before not like this was an earth shattering moment. It was just one tournament, just one game and instead of getting the accolades the girls deserve, you parents come here on this forum and ruin that moment of accomplishment for the girls. This is a classic example of parents who think they are part of the team and are living vicariously thru there children. This is not about you the parents, be happy for them. Winning is a fleeting moment, remember Jeff Cup is just 2 weeks away and all the teams begin with the score 0-0.

Parents living vicariously thru their children. I agree with that! But the sad part is those parents are usually the ones that are non-athletes and have never played a sport in their entire life.

Must be your first time on this forum...... North Rockland, if your coach was smart he would tell the parents to shut up. I assure these are not NR parents. Their coach has told his team many times no posting allowed. Just like 99% of the posts on this site people pose as parents from other teams. It seems that many people have strong feelings toward the attitude of the WC team. None of us should care how they run their team and conduct themselves. AP seems to beleive he is better than everyone and let his parents deal with that. From what I heard another player just left WC for NR last week, but did not play this weekend. WC is falling apart. They tried to accomplish 8 years of youth soccer in a 4 year period. The crazy travel, the constant new players and injuries are catching up to them. Good luck to those young ladies and their parents.

In Region 1 territory, the tournaments that draw from a vast geographic area are: Spirit, FC Stars, WAGS, Jefferson, PDA, Delco, Disney

In Region 1 territory, the tournaments that draw from a vast geographic area are: Spirit, FC Stars, WAGS, Jefferson, PDA, Delco, Disney As far as drawing power WAGS, Jeff Cup, Delco, draw from a wide range because they have been around the longest. Disney draws primarily in the older age groups for there showcase tournament. The same for PDA, there showcase starting with U15 is a must attend. FC Stars is a very good Labor day tournament for teams heading into the fall season and MSC is becoming a very competitive tournament to kick off the Spring season.

I know that NR is upset because they were looking forward to playing the team from Utah. AP wanted to play them too so he got it switched. WC has more power than NR, so he wins. But he did lose his goalie who quit this week. Others to follow for sure.

WC parents it can happen to any team. Town team 4 All Star Team 1.
Don't be so sad even soviet union lost to the U.S in 80's olympics. It is good to lose sometimes. Maybe your parents will be much nicer.

The switch was probably the request of the 3 teams to not be in the same group like they were last weekend at MSC.

So, now you want to blame the switch on WC. Jeff Cup is notorious for baiting and switching up to the last week. They did the same last year playing musical chairs up to the last week. The blame goes to the Jeff Cup officials not the WC Coach.. you give this person way too much credit for having the ability to walk on water or bend spoons with his mind. If you remember last year the "Town Cryer" and his Crush minions went berserk on this site when they were placed down a division and kicked and screamed till they were brought back up. As far as the Stallions; judgeing from the MSC tournament reults they will have another long weekend. I guess after Jeff Cup they will have used up all of Crush's gotsoccer points and will be on there own.

He will have to playing in two leagues and all of those tournaments. Bet he is glad he picked up a second keeper over the winter.

Hypothetical question If AP goes to PDA, do his players follow him, or do they stay? My guess is they stay at WCFC, which tells me AP isn't really too special. Just a warm body.
