i've heard that hota isn't merging their 2 u-11 teams but that the d1 team is going to play a different league.

If Hota leaves, better odds of LIJ dropping Hicksville and Elmont from N-1 (they ended in a three way tie for 6th, and no way LIJ would have dropped 5 teams, but they might drop 4). W

I doubt it. Elmont's a strong team. Think they had many injured players. That is why they ended up where they did.

I agree that Elmont doesn't deserve to go down. They are very good, but not sure that LIJSL looks at that stuff. No way they should be in D-2, and 11 points in D-1 should be enough to stay put. Hicksville should stay up too.

I heard that many HOTA players are leaving the team and most have found other D1 teams to play for. Did Farmingdale or NHP get any players?

They were the three lowest teams in S1 last season, what's so surprising about moving them to S2.

Obviously but dropping 4 teams that played D1 for 3 from D2 and 1 from D3 (that didn't even run the table in D3 and didn't have some a huge GD) that is surprising to me. Longwood went 7-2 in D3, you'll never convince me that the Dix Hills Crushers and the Hauppauge Arsenal aren't better or more deserving of the D1 placement then Longwood. But feel free to try if you like.

Longwood will not have a fun year, all because adult in charge don't think and use common sense.

Dissolved means team no longer exist and went to greener pastures means they moved to another league, are you really that dim, I hope you aren't coaching my kid
