Brentwood Youth Soccer Club cordially invites your teams to celebrate its 27th year of Columbus Day Weekend Travel Tournament. All games will be played at BRENTWOOD STATE PARK (formerly Pilgrim State Soccer Fields). Patch exchange is recommended. This tournament is sanctioned by ENYYSA and affiliated with USYSA and USSF and a member of the USClubSoccer.

Eligibility: ALL registered club teams including Premier teams and US Club teams from U10 to U16 and U19 are eligible and welcome to apply. The tournament reserves the right to move teams up at their discretion.

Age Groups for both boys and girls:
U10 (8/1/97-7/31/98), U11 (8/1/96-7/31/97),
U12 (8/1/95-7/31/96), U13 (8/1/94-7/31/95),
U14 (8/1/93-7/31/94), U15 (8/1/92-7/31/93),
U16 (8/1/91-7/31/92), HS (8/1/88-7/31/91)*
*(HS Division is the combination of U17 to U19)

Roster Size: Maximum 18 players per roster playing 11v11, Maximum 14 player roster for all U10 playing 7v7. and 15 player roster for all U11 playing 9v9. Three (3) guest players maximum will be allowed in compliance with your league rules. Properly completed Guest Player Form is required.

Games: Guaranteed (4) 50-minute games over Saturday and Sunday in a round robin format, possible additional games depending on brackets. A three (3) Men Certified Referee System for all U15 and up games. U15 and up will play Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

Awards: 1st, 2nd place trophies in all divisions and 3rd & 4th place medals in all 8-team divisions..

Entry Fee Per Team: $415 for all U10-U11and U12 and Up will pay $465. Please make all checks payable to Brentwood Youth Soccer Club and send with team application by September 17th, 2007. Application will NOT be completed without a check or money order covering the entry fee. Any team that withdraws from the tournament after being accepted will forfeit their entry fee. Teams not accepted will have their entry fee returned.

Inclement Weather: The tournament director reserves the right to reduce game duration in the event of inclement wheather. If we cancel the tournament altogether, we will refund your entry fee.

Check In: Friday, October 5, 2007 from 7:00-9:30PM at the Wingate Inn Hotel on Crooked Hill Road, in Brentwood (South of LIE). Please bring the following:
-All Player cards (passes)
-A Completed roster
-Notarized Medical Releases for all rostered players. -Permission to travel form for all out of state teams except for US Club teams.
-Guest Player forms completed and stamped

Hotel Accommodation:
Wingate INN, Brentwood NY, our official Hotel for the Columbus Day Shootout 2007, located less than a mile of tournament location and available for out-of-state teams. Teams are responsible for their own accommodations.
