If you look at the original link when you click on it at the end is "%20" giving an inaccurate web address. Delete the "%20" and you get the links I've provided above for the rosters.

So who's the real head coach over there? Looks like a flips between teams. Is that typical of DA teams?

That is a lot of players on those rosters. How do they get players 15 and higher any playtime with those substitution rules?

Looks like Caputo has 2 teams and Schmidt has 2 teams. I think at NYCFC each team has a different head coach but all the coaches participate.

Can someone tell me where Coach Caputo came from and his coaching background to now be coaching in the highest girl's league in the USA? I believe he was fired as NYIT (D2) women's coach in 2014 after three seasons with losing records.

I believe USSF requires all coaches to have a certain level of licensing. Do Caputo and Schmit have these licenses? I notice on the PRSS website there is no mention of a coaching license. Hmmmmmm.

Not one of FC Fury trainers are qualified, as far as licensing. Izzy held the highest out of all them and that’s why he was in charge.

Dont' get your panties in a bunch. Plenty of BDA coaches don't have their licensure either and they've had more time to get it done. Some USSF "rules" are more like suggestions

And don't think just because someone has the license that they are more qualified or if they don't have a license that they cannot be a good trainer. ALso different players react to different trainers so while someone might like the style of the trainer and do very well another player might say that trainer is so bad.
A lot of people are certainly concerned about who coaches at Fury and their qualifications. If you don't go there then why do you care.

That is an asinine response. So, your child has two high schools they can attend, one where all the teachers are certified but only have their bachelor degrees, OR the other school with certified teachers that have Master's degrees and/or Doctorate degrees? The point of getting a license is that you get more training and continue to get training. Thus becoming a better coach along the way. Like teachers with a Bachelors, then a Master's, then a Doctorate, and different certificates along the way. USSF requires coaches to have a minimum of a USSF "B" license. I believe they start with the "F" license up to the "A", and some beyond that. I question why the PRSS trainers who have been training for 10+ years on LI do not have the required licenses? Maybe cause for so many years no one has checked them for their [****] product and they did not care about becoming better coaches, just taking the $$$$$$$$.

With that logic, then my parent coaching from the sideline should be appreciated since I know more about soccer than the refs. I mean all they did was learn the rules of the game. I've got that down - no question. So you can pay me those league ref fees just like you like to throw away money for training without proper licensure.

Calling BS to a certain degree. Being a CPA does not necessarily make you a better accountant that the guy who has learned on the job. Or the guy who has a master's degree doesn't make him a more capable employee than the 4 year undergrad. Anyone can take a course, sure it's great experience. But don't play that "license makes everything better" game. What license does GS at EM have? And he's a tremendous trainer. Some of the guys at Fury are excellent trainers. Doesn't mean the license makes them exceptional. Nice to have for them to get themselves to the next level, sure.
