Why is there such a mass exodus at EM? Every year its the same thing..they can't keep kids there what kind of enviroment is it?

I am not on EM team and can only speculate or repeat what I’ve heard from others. In no particular order 1) It’s expensive 2) Play time is not guaranteed or equal 3) Travel 4) People find out ECNL is not what they really want

EM will be fine and continue to attract solid players but they have same issue all of LI has. Top talent in LI is too fractured and will never come together on a single team the way other areas of region do.

Any truth about NYCFC GDA and Oakwood GDA pulling out of Academy, because some of the GU14 girls of NYCFC and Oakwood are playing to different teams during winter season. I thought GDA forbids playing outside of the Academy.
