Given that many teams are still working on the fields/team game re-schedules & make-up sessions. ALL the Spring programs will start after the holiday in an effort to ensure that we have every opportunity to run them without interruption. We have moved the first date of each sessions to the make-up date.

Please also note that sessions are staggered to give players the opportunity to participate in additional practices should they choose. Only exception is Strikers (Finishing School) & Goalkeepers. All programs are currently still open, however space is limited to ensure we have no more than a 1:12 coach/player ration, so please sign up at ;

Descriptions of clinics are below.
Therefore the events will BEGIN as follows;

Technical Training (runs 6 weeks for just $99.00)
Refine your first touch and ability to be successful in 1v1 situations. Coaches will go through ranges of skills and movements for you to hone and develop. Each week will feature a 'star model' move to master.
Boys & Girls (U9-U11) - STARTS - Tuesday April 18th (5pm-6pm)
Boys & Girls (U12-U14) - STARTS Wednesday April 19th (5pm-6pm)

College Prep - Technical Training (runs 6 weeks for just $99.00)
Players will learn what is required at the highest level of the game. Run by experienced top-level college coaches. We will work with players in a college level environment and expose players to technical demands of the game, from protecting the ball to finding a range of killer moves and passes in the tightest situations.
Boys & Girls (U15+) - STARTS Wednesday April 19th (6pm-7pm)

Speed & Agility (runs 6 weeks for just $65.00)
Focus on motor skills and change of speed & direction. Coaches will be focusing on correct techniques of movements and testing players to measure athletic ability & performance.
Boys & Girls (U9-U11) - STARTS - Tuesday April 18th (6pm-7pm)

Speed/Agility/Strength & Conditioning (runs 6 weeks for just $65.00)
High-level soccer players will run anything between an average of 5-8 miles per game. Our program is designed to help you fulfill your athletic potential within the game of soccer. Players will be core tested to help with athletic performance and injury prevention.
Boys & Girls (U12-U14) - STARTS - Wednesday April 19th (6pm-7pm)
Boys & Girls (U15+) - STARTS - Wednesday April 19th (7pm-8pm)

Finishing School (runs 6 weeks for just $99.00)
Designed for the serious striker. Our classes aim to teach players different methods of finishing and a multitude of situations. Refining techniques and raising confidence for the most critical moments of the game.
Boys & Girls (U10-U11) - STARTS - Friday April 21st (5pm-6pm)
Boys & Girls (U12-U14) - STARTS - Friday April 21st (6pm-7pm)
Boys & Girls (U15+) - STARTS - Friday April 21st (7pm-8pm)

Goalkeeper Academy (runs 6 weeks for just $75.00)
Program run by Stony Brook Soccer's Head of GK Development Jason Orban. Keepers will work of the skills and techniques to help foster growth in their individual game and garner self-confidence & belief in their abilities.
