GAMES GUIDELINES FOR COACHES - FALL

COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES: 1. Club Officials, Team Officials, Coaches and managers
contact the Division Supervisor. GAMES a) The home team is responsible for calling the proper authority (Division Supervisor) on the same day that the game is played. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (BEFORE 6:00PM) to notify him/her of the score and whether or not the Referee was in attendance. Failing to report the score will subject the Club to a Ten dollar ($10.00) assessment. b) The Division Supervisor is to telephone the League Office between the hours of four (4) and seven (7) PM with the scores of their division. c) The Division Supervisor must provide an up to date Scorecard, with Standings, to the League Office, his/her Coordinator and each Coach in their division after the fifth (5th) and Final week of games. IF THE REFEREE FAILS TO APPEAR a) If a Referee should fail to appear, for a scheduled game, the Adult Supervisors, of the competing teams, must agree upon a person to substitute for the Referee. The substitute need not be a certified Referee. The substitute MUST referee the entire game. The Home Team MUST furnish to the League Office a report of the game and the "Game Roster Forms", within forty-eight (48) hours of the completion of the game. The Home Team will be assessed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for not furnishing the report. The game MUST be played under PENALTY OF DEFAULT. b) If the Referee fails to appear for a game in the following age groups, the match must be rescheduled by the Teams: Under 15, 16, 17 and 19. COACHES EVALUATION OF THE REFEREE’S PERFORMANCE Coaches should record the name and number of the Referee. Coaches should, on the form provided, submit their evaluation of the Referee's performance. PLEASE NOTE!!! ALL teams MUST identify their team captains by his/her
wearing an armband. THERE WILL BE NO GAME CHANGES!!!
