FROM NASSAU COUNTY, HUNTINGTON AND BABYLON:

Ų Proceed east to Deer Park Road NYS RTE 231 (exit 42N, Northern State Parkway or Exit 51, Long Island Expressway).

Ų Proceed North on Deer Park Road. At intersection immediately North of Dix Hills Fire House (north side of Northern State Parkway) bear right on to Deer Park Road East County Road 66.

Ų Proceed to end of Deer Park Road East at Jericho Turnpike NYS RTE 25.

Proceed East on Jericho Turnpike, immediately getting into left turn lane.

Ų Make left turn on to Elwood Road County Road 10. Turn is less than 1ˇ4 mile from Deer Park/Jericho intersection. (Shell Station is on the northwest corner).

Ų Proceed north bound on Elwood Road, past Elwood High School and Northport High School, to Fort Salonga Road NYS RTE 25A. (Storage facility on south east corner).

Ų Proceed north bound through intersection. Road changes name to Reservoir Avenue. Bear left at intersection with Church Street (end of Reservoir Ave).

Proceed north bound on Church Street to intersection with Main Street.

(Churches on southwest and southeast corners).

Ų Proceed north bound through intersection. Road changes name to Ocean Avenue.

Ų Proceed to end of Ocean Avenue at intersection with Eaton¹s Neck Road.

Turn left onto Eaton¹s Neck Road and proceed approximately 1ˇ4 mile to entrance drive for Soundview Boat Ramp. Entrance drive will be first right after Eaton¹s Neck/Ocean intersection.

Ų Proceed on entrance drive to field parking lot entrance on right.

FROM EASTERN SUFFOLK COUNTY:

Ų Proceed west to Sunken Meadow Parkway/Sagtikos State Parkway.

Ų Proceed north bound on Sunken Meadow/Sagtikos to Exit SM5-West, Fort Salonga Road NYS RTE 25A. (Last Exit before entrance to Sunken Meadow State

Park.)

Ų Proceed west bound on Fort Salonga Road, NYS RTE 25A to Waterside Road.

(Mobil Gas Station on south west corner.)

Ų Make right onto Waterside Avenue.

Ų Proceed north bound to Eaton¹s Neck Road. There is a Northport Power Plant Sign on northwest corner.

Ų Make left and proceed west bound on Eaton¹s Neck Road, past the power plant entrance to intersection with Ocean Avenue.

Ų Proceed west bound through the intersection and proceed to the Soudview Boat Ramp entrance Drive.

Ų Bear right onto entrance drive and proceed to field parking entrance on right. Boat Ramp entrance drive is first right after Ocean Avenue, about 1ˇ4 mile west of ocean.

Field 1 - East Northport Middle School (Football Field) Field 1A - East Northport Middle School (Small Sided Field)

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 45 N; or Long Island Expressway to Exit

53 north (Follow signs to Sunken Meadow - north) ; or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway exit (north).

Proceed north on Sagtikos / Sunken Meadow Parkways to Exit SM4 West, Pulaski Road (CR. 11) - East Northport. Note: Sagtikos / Sunken Meadow Parkways is known as Sagtikos Parkway south of the Northern State Parkway interchange and Sunken Meadow Parkway north of the Northern State Parkway interchange.

Proceed west on Pulaski Road (CR. 11) for approximately 1-1/2 miles to Old Bridge Road. There is a traffic signal at the intersection. Make a left on to Old Bridge Road.

Proceed to the end of Old Bridge Road and make a right on to 5th Avenue.

Field 6 - Fifth Avenue Elementary School (Full Sized Field) Field 6A - Fifth Avenue Elementary School (Small Sided Field)

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 45 N; or Long Island Expressway to Exit

53 north (Follow signs to Sunken Meadow - north) ; or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway exit (north).

Proceed west on Pulaski Road (CR. 11) for approximately 1-1/2 miles to Old Bridge Road. There is a traffic signal at the intersection. Make a left on to Old Bridge Road.

Proceed to the end of Old Bridge Road and make a right on to 5th Avenue.

Proceed west on 5th Avenue to the 5th Avenue Elementary School parking lot.

The field is in the rear of the school. Please park in the school parking lot and not on any side streets in the vicinity of the field.

FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North; or Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North.

Proceed north on Deer Park Road. After going under the Northern State Parkway overpass and passing the Dix Hills Fire House, bear right at the signal on to Deer Park Road - East (CR. 66).

Proceed to intersection with Jericho Turnpike (NYS RT. 25). Bear right on to east bound Jericho.

Immediately move to left turn lane on Jericho. You will be making the first left on to Elwood Road (CR. 10).

Proceed north on Elwood Road (CR. 10) for approximately 2-1/2 miles.

Turn right and proceed east on 5th Avenue. A Church is on the southeast corner of the intersection.

Proceed across Larkfield Road ( signalized intersection); past Trinity Regional School and St. Anthony¹s R.C. Church; past the East Northport Middle School to the 5th Avenue Elementary School. Turn left into the parking lot. The field is located in the rear of the school. Please park in the school parking lot and not on any of the side streets in the vicinity of the field.

NOTE: The directions from Eastern Long Island may be used as an alternate route.

Field 5 - East Northport Middle School (Larkfield Field)

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 45 N; or Long Island Expressway to Exit

53 north (Follow signs to Sunken Meadow - north) ; or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway exit (north).

Proceed west on Pulaski Road (CR. 11) for approximately 1-1/2 miles to Old Bridge Road. There is a traffic signal at the intersection. Make a left on to Old Bridge Road.

Proceed to the end of Old Bridge Road and make a right on to 5th Avenue.

Proceed west on 5th Avenue past the 5th Avenue Elementary School to the East Northport Middle School on the northside of the road. Enter the westerly parking lot, the tennis courts will be immediately north of the parking lot.

The field is located to the west of the parking lot through a Right of Way.

FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North; or Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North.

Field 2 - Northport High School

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 45 N; or Long Island Expressway to Exit

53 north (Follow signs to Sunken Meadow - north) ; or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway exit (north).

Proceed west on Pulaski Road (CR. 11) for approximately 3-1/2 miles to Elwood Rood (C.R. 11). There is a traffic signal at the intersection and Pulaski Elementary School field is on the northeast corner of the intersection. Make a left on to Elwood Road.

Proceed north on Elwood Road, across the railroad tracks. Make first left after the tracks into the Northport High School southerly parking lot.

Field 2 is immediately west of the parking lot, adjacent to the tennis courts.

FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North; or Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North.

Proceed north on Deer Park Road. After going under the Northern State Parkway overpass and passing the Dix Hills Fire House, bear right at the signal on to Deer Park Road - East (CR. 66).

Proceed to intersection with Jericho Turnpike (NYS RT. 25). Turn on to east bound Jericho.

Immediately move to left turn lane on Jericho. You will be making the first left on to Elwood Road (CR. 10).

Proceed north on Elwood Road (CR. 10) for approximately 3 miles, through the Pulaski Road (C.R. 10) intersection and across the railroad tracks.

Turn left into the Northport High School southerly parking lot immediately after the railroad.

Field 2 is the first field immediately west of the parking lot.

Note: Players should only bring water on the field. The Town of Huntington does not allow Gatorade, etc out on the turf fields.

FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 45 N; or Long Island Expressway to Exit

53 north (Follow signs to Sunken Meadow - north); or Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway exit (north). Proceed north on Sagtikos / Sunken Meadow Parkways to Exit SM4 West, Pulaski Road (CR. 11) - East Northport. Note:

Sagtikos / Sunken Meadow Parkways is known as Sagtikos Parkway south of the Northern State Parkway interchange and Sunken Meadow Parkway north of the Northern State Parkway interchange. Proceed west on Pulaski Road to Old Bridge Road, approximately 1.5 miles. Make a right on old Bridge Road and cross over the bridge. At the stop sign go left on Wren Ct. Travel on Wren through the S turn and stop signs. Wren c COurt becomes Bellerose Avenue.

The fields are a half mile down on the right. Park in the back.

FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North; or Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North. Proceed north on Deer Park Road. After going under the Northern State Parkway overpass and passing the Dix Hills Fire House, bear right at the signal on to Deer Park Road - East (CR. 66).

Proceed to intersection with Jericho Turnpike (NYS RT. 25). Turn on to east bound Jericho. Immediately move to left turn lane on Jericho. You will be making the first left on to Elwood Road (CR. 10). Proceed north on Elwood Road (CR. 10) for approximately 3 miles past Northport High School. Make the first right after the high school -- Bellerose Avenue. Take Bellerose Avenue for 1.3 miles. Veterans Park is on the left. The fields are at the back of the park.
