FROM THE NORTH: Take LIE or Grand Central Parkway to Cross Island Parkway south to exit 28B/Union Tpke. At stop sign make right, go to Union Tpke. At light make right onto Union Tpke. Make first left at light onto Commonwealth Blvd. Go approximately 1/4 mile to the Queen's Children's Hospital on the right. Turn right into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.

FROM THE SOUTH: Take Southern State Parkway or Belt Parkway to Cross Island Parkway north to exit 28B/Union Tpke. At stop sign make right onto 81 Ave go to Commonwealth Blvd. make left onto Commonwealth Blvd. Cross over Union Tpke, go approximately 1/4 mile to the Queens Children's Hospital on the right. Turn into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.

FROM THE WEST: Take the Grand Central Pkwy to exit 23 (Cross Island Pkwy/Alley Park/Winchester Blvd). Take Alley Park/Winchester Blvd ramp. Make a right at the end of the ramp. Go 2 lights to Union Tpke and make a left. Go one long block (2 lights) to Commonwealth Blvd. Make a left onto Commonwealth. Go approximately 1/4 mile to the Queen's Children's Hospital (on the right.) Turn right into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.

FROM THE EAST: Take the Grand Central Pkwy to the Little Neck Parkway exit. At the exit make a left onto Little Neck Parkway. Take Little Neck Parkway to Union Turnpike. Make a right onto Union Turnpike. Take Union Tpke to Commonwealth Ave. Make a right onto Commonwealth. Go approximately 1/4 mile to the Queen's Children's Hospital (on the right.) Turn right into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.
