At stop sign make right onto 81 Ave go to Commonwealth Blvd. make left onto Commonwealth Blvd. Cross over Union Tpke, go approximately ¼ mile to the Queens Childrens Hospital on the right. Turn into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.

FROM THE WEST: Take the Grand Central Pkwy to exit 23 (Cross Island Pkwy/Alley Park/Winchester Blvd). Take Alley Park/Winchester Blvd ramp. Make a right at the end of the ramp. Go 2 lights to Union Tpke and make a left. Go one long block (3 lights) to Commonwealth Blvd. Make a left onto Commonwealth. Go approximately ¼ mile to the Queen's Childrens Hospital on the right. Turn right into the service entrance just before the hospital. Fields are located behind the hospital.

FROM THE EAST: Take the Grand Central Pkwy to the Little Neck Parkway exit. At the exit go left on Little Neck Parkway. Take Little Neck Parkway to Union Turnpike and make a right. Take Union Turnpike to Commonwealth Blvd and make a right. Go approximately ¼ mile to the Queen's Childrens Hospital on the right. Turn right into the service entrance just before the hospital.
