It's about time this incredible player is getting the credit he deserves. To the rest of the parents your son will never get a chance with McGlynn in control of you sons future.

Were they get invited while at Cosmos?

Of course, that is who they played for last year.

McGlynn will continue to send his son to ID2 or any other national tryout even though they have shown absolutely no interest in him. The scouts always separate the kids and put McGlynn's son with the " coaches son " group. This just takes away an opportunity for another kid who really deserves it. American soccer at it's best

Now he sends his son and the other coach's son.

Congrats to both kids but who got them ID-ed. I'm sure they didn't just walked into ID2. Who recommended those two kids? Was that PM?

Paul McGlynn didn't ID those kids ! Timothy is the son of George Weah FIFA World Player of the Year 1995 and Omir has been seen by every coach and scout despite Paul McGlynn's efforts to promote his own son ahead of Omir. When they called McGlynn for Omir instead of his son McGlynn went as far as saying " Omir has skill but he's Mexican and won't get any bigger" Omir doesn't need that club he will be great any where and would deffinitely be much better off at the Red Bulls. If he does go to the Red Bulls remember his name because you will be watching him on tv in 3 years. The credit belongs to the kid NO ONE ELSE ! so stop using his name on your website to promote your club.

The way kids get ID'd at games. At the end of every game the opposing coach turns in the names of two players for ID consideration. These palers are invited to go to local ID camp and then from there kids are ID'd for national camp. Even with Paul pushing his son when he got to choose who to send to ID camp, opposing coaches were able to determine where the real talent was.

These kids have been with Gottschee since they were 8. Sure, the club had absolutely nothing to do with their success. So ridiculous. The club must have brainwashed the parents into keeping their talented kids with the program for so many years because those parents are so blind and dumb that they didn't know any better.

Tell us about the kids that have been with your club for 6 years, or even one year, and who have made it to become one of the 50 top kids in the country. There are kids on the current 99 team who will also have a solid shot next year. But again, probably nothing to do with Gottschee. Gottschee just happens to have these kids stumble upon its program by shear chance or coincedence, and their coaches have nothing to do with their kids' success. Ridiculous.
