I had heard that Albuttsun was allowing their USSDA player to play high school ball and I support that decision 150%!

The USSF or whomever came up with the rule that the kids couldn't play high school has been nothing but a big fart in their faces.

I hope what I'm hearing about Albuttsun on this issue is true and I know of parents whose kids opted out of the program because high school ball is very important to them which it should be, and which is very important on their college applications.

It had to be a group of soccer idiots who came up with this high school ban.

While your feelings may be on target, Albuttsun players cannot do both.

where do you come up with some of this stuff? to answer you statements...A PLAYER WHO RECEIVES A SCHOLARSHIP TO PLAY SOCCER WILL GET A WAIVER. this only appiles to private schools. this means that the school/player must present documents proving that. as for MLK players they are not allowed because it is a public school and they don't give scholarships, but the MLK coach is very influential so he will do what he can to get them waived or you can forget of MLK as a High School power. also the MLK coach is not a gottschee coach (never was). as for the black coaches I'm not sure bit i know there are two currently and there a few hispanic ones as well.

I heard 6 have already committed: 3 to RB, 1 to Albert, 1 to Met Oval, 1 to FCW.

I hope the boy going to fcw is not expecting he is moving up. PM is light years better than any of the Quiroga brothers

Anyone other than PM is a move up for any kid. Paul knows so little about coaching and he is a dirtbag.

Following is a direct quote from the Albuttsun website. Feel free to go look for yourself. HS ban apparently applies to some Albuttsun teams, not others. "Please note that the players on USSF teams (USSF 18, USSF 16, USSF 98) are not permitted to play school soccer as per USSF rules. This rule only pertains to these 3 teams."

I personally know of players on the USSF Academy u16 and u18 teams letting kids know that they WILL be playing HS ball and that their coaches at Albuttsun are letting them. We shall see if they are allowed to play or not. While I feel they should play HS ball some of the academies are following the rule and not allowing their players to play HS.
There should not be two sets of rules.
