Getting away from LIJ intramural requirements and becoming a RPL travel-only program might be a smart move for them. I believe that LG can salvage any registration attrition using the JSS league and then have a strong foundation for feeding their RPL program. Is there different divisions in RPL? There will be different divisions.

Anonymous Unregistered	The parents should shut up and stay outside the fence. The Club Board should set guidelines for trainer and hire the best they can find, and if he does his job the parents should just enjoy the games. If they are not happy their choice is simple: move to another club.

The facts are the facts. Every team pays alot of money for there trainer and if the "coach" or "team admin" or "parents" are not happy and feel he is not getting the best out of the boys and some trainers may be there just for the pay check, then its time to move on and let him go. When you are making a purchase, dont you want the best for your money?? I do. If im paying x amount for average why wouldn't I pay the same amount for the best!

Anonymous Unregistered	Dix Hills Elite STILL looking for coach/trainer (puppet). Any coaches interested in taking on this team please contact Mike, Howie, or Rich at 3 Stoogers.com. We are looking for someone as committed as our kids. Few things to keep in mind. We will not pay you what you may be worth! We will have our younger children video and tape record you! We do have a parent that will watch you during training with Binoculars! We will not allow you to make decisions regarding players! We will get rid of you if you are as Successful as previous coach! Any coaches willing to work under these circumstances please contact one of us 3 Stoogers so we can do a background check on you to see if you qualify.
