How does this impact the LIJSL and the current ENY Presidents League and NERP and Region 1 League? Larry can you give us your opinion? Thanks!

Generally speaking, the USYSA is last century's model and US Club is this century's model.

ENY Premier is a nothing league. It is a non-issue in the scheme of things. LIJSL & ENYYSA can't figure out how to counter the NPL etc., because their own rules prevent them, and besides, they do not possess the intellect on their respective boards to manage these issues.

One serious obstacle facing the leagues, state, and clubs is the ability of the trainers to form their own legitimate clubs and flay in the NYCSL following what ISA has done.

Clubs who are keeping their blinders on and staying 100% loyal to ENY and LIJSL may wind up with a serious attrition rate of registrations. LIJSL is already starting to feel it and it's will only accelerate as more and find the freedom of choice and control more palatable than the status quo.

Region 1 can not be happy with ENY. It really is a mess out there...let's see how the fall season looks. The end of July should tell us a lot when we see who is playing where...keep your eyes on the younger ages....that is the key.

Two questions:
Why is it that under JSS we have games in U12 playing 11v11 and in NYPL U12 plays in 11v11 BUT yet in NPL U12 is playing 8v8?

I've been hearing about a player substitution rule under NPL... can anyone explain how that is suppose to work?

How many Clubs does LIJSL have?? It seems that most Clubs on LI are now playing with the NYCSL. I think it is just a matter of time before NYCSL takes over soccer in the NY area. CJSL is dead & LIJSL is clearly on the decline. I NEVER thought this would ever happen.

IMO, NYCSL will have the majority of D1 & D2 level teams. LIJSL will become a D3 and lower level league
