Just checked the State Cup score on the site. WOW two 1-0 games. don't really care what the naysayers will say about the teams involved but to have a 1-0 must have meant two good games. I expect all four teams (and parents) were pretty frenzied.

Good luck to the winners and continued luck to the ones that came "that" close. I would think all four teams should be proud of their accomplishments even though 2 moved on.

I see no score for the NYSC vs Rage game.

You are an extremely delusional NYSC parent. You will never beat 99 cosmos academy team.

I have seen the NYSC team play and they are a good team. However, I have also seen the Cosmos 99 team and there is no comparison. The Cosmos 99 team would have little or no problem dispatching the NYSC team. In part, it's because the Cosmos 99 team is made up of 99s. In part, it's because the Cosmos 99 team is simply better all around. I watched some of the Cosmos 99 games at Annandale and the team literally breezed through the tournament as if they were playing B teams. I don't know how NYSC fared at Annandale or even if they played in that tournament. What I do know is that Cosmos 99 breezed through the tournament and did so playing at least 2-3 teams that are better than NYSC.

BTW, killing the Premier League? I haven't seen score lines that support that contention. I see an undeafeated run thus far, but no consistent pattern of blowing out teams.

Finally, what a team looks like at U-12 is often a far cry from what it will look like when ALL of the players have matured and there is no real great disparity in physical size etc. Let's see where NYSC is at U-14/15 before your annoint the team the #1 team in ENY. In other wordsd, let's not get so carried away.
