A formal complaint should be filed by all the opposing teams. More then just one team needs to speak up.

Why? It wouldn't do any good because ENYYSA has already approved this sham in the first place. Remember there is the right way to do things and the Albertson way. Just ask any of their parents who are laughing as they read all of this and knowing no other club would have gotten this deal.

What deal?lets hear it.

Albertson- "We want to play in State Cup." ENYYSA- "You have to play in an ENY league". Albertson-"How about you sign us up for the Big Apple league. No one knows who's in it or if it even exists. Plus we won't have to play extra games this spring that would interrupt our tournament schedule". ENYYSA-"Sounds good. Good luck in State Cup."

The Big Apple league plays in Flushing Meadow Park. It is a legitimate ENYYSA league run by another soccer dictator. It is a Queens Hispanic league, and while I don't care for the Luis, he does a good job with providing quality fields and an affordable program for the Queens Communities of Corona, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Astoria, and other Queens neighborhoods.

maybe in your racist, rapidly deteriorating eyes, we are a local hispanic league... but in our eyes we are simply a girls soccer league with 5 or so teams in LI and players from bkln, li, the bronx and westchester. we have many more teams, including alberstson, in our rapidly growing winter and summer leagues. fly off your high perch and come check it out live before falsely reporting PAL. the league is american made, by american people, and are soon coming to a show near your town. we will be sure to bring our american, european and african american players along for your viewing pleasure. the girls program is run by albert campos and has no intervention from louis montoya as you tried to imply. dictator is a strong word and has dic in it.

As someone showed how poorly EM and Alb do in ECNL league on all ages. And the costs are staggering with traveling for what? Go out and get your as..es kicked? Fact! Kids will be seen at tournaments and you also need to be with trainers that know the process and college coaches to be seen.

The 98's have 6 kids that play on that ECNL U-14 team(see rosters) and you can see how that team is doing. Getting crushed. 98's are a good team but off the island are not great. Another fact. The 6 kids that play on the u-14 are the original kids and the only ones the coach(trainer) really cares about. Alot of nepotism on that team. Another fact! All the others just pay the big bills for them. Do you think the trainers family members on the team pay the same outrageous fees?

As far as the kid making the National team I think that's great but it really at u-18, 20 and 23 is when it matters. Look at the big picture.

There is no Alby 98 player on the National team. Maybe in another country. Our national team
roster starts at U15.98's have quite a few very good players for now but none are potential
national players.

Another know it all. They did not play u14. They are in u13 no standings are posted and have won every game almost by the same scores. Can you sleep ok now.

Roster on site says otherwise.

so because of some minor technicality lets disqualify a team of 13 year old girls that have been playing us for what 5-6 years now over some different league BS... PLEASE PEOPLE!!! So you don't like the trainer, the parents, thier fields... or your just jealous because they always kick our ass's (all of ours) and always have - lets get even with them by getting them disqualified? 13 year old girls? They play soccer all the time like our kids - they're really good too! Kicked our ass like no one ever has! Wish we didn't see them so early on again but honestly - isn't this state cup about the winner being the best of the best somewhat? Don't you have to beat the best of the best to claim that? (not you RR parents - we all know just how amazing your team is from how often you tell us) Really RR should have been in this tournament too - and we all know what kind of wussy leagues they play in. we're all NY teams! What difference does this make at all????? And old Alby may not have won a major yet but they sure make a respectable show it seems at every tournamnet - and they always play against the best in top flight.

Agreed. Not a big fan of Alby but no reason they shouldn't play in state cup. This jealousy and animosity towards each other is over the top.

No reason World Class shouldn't be in state cup also. But they read the rules and had to sit out just like RR or any other team that doesn't play in Eastern NY.

Why do some World Class teams in other age groups play ENY State Cup?

First of all there was nothing racist in my description of your league. Your league is definitely Hispanic based. I was at the inaugural introduction at a club on Steinway Street, and Northern Blvd., sponsored by Goya Foods. I know Luis, and spent time at your fields last Spring watching him direct the day.

The fact that you have guest teams playing in your club does not change your history and directors. It is isn't racist it is a fact. Instead of bitching take the compliment your league is being given here.

I know your neighborhood in Queens very well. I grew up there. I roller skated and ice skated at the park, went to the Aquacade (no longer there), and flew my model airplanes there. I could see your fields from my Forest Hills High School home room, got my ass licked by Ralphie & Lenny from Corona on 108th St.

You go girl!

ECNL restrictions start at u14 or so I'm told..... I suppose Albertson did not want them to play state cup like the rest of the Alby ECNL teams.

Big apple and this team were put on notice by ENYYSA about playing in their league games. Big apple is a summer league and there is nothing in the rule book that says you have to complete your games by the time state cup is over.

Another scam and ENYYSA are watching this team

So ENYYSA approves Albertson for State Cup because they "promised" to play some summer league games in the Big Apple league. Are you effin' kidding me! Nice one PR.

when you were sleeping standing up while paying for a hotel room and feeding her fruitcakes , alby, along with other LIJ and cjsl teams, also entered multiple teams in the big apple winter league. extremely nice one!
