At today's KP vs SH GU10 game which was a great game. Both teams played well, ended in a tie 1-1. What I want to mention is what one of the Kings Park Mothers said. In the 2nd half a Brazil player went down from a kick to the back of the head. She was unconscious. While she was laying on the field a KP mom said "I am not getting involved, I mean if it was one of our girls ok. But not for them." Shortly thereafter an ambulance was called and that woman did infact waddle over to offer assistance.
Don't health professionals take an oath? This mom has to rate top honors in the sportsmanship award for the season. WAY TO GO KINGS PARK!!!
CBS Tech, who originated this discussion, outright says we are discussing the behavior of a "health profssional". ONLY a health professional could be faulted for not trying to provide medical assistance to a head-injured child.
CBS Tech, answer the question - why did you use the phrase "health professional" in your original message? It makes a difference. On the one hand you would have a brain-dead idiot mom; on the other hand you would want to report an amoral, unethical health professional to a state agency for investigation, and to report her to her child's club.
