I think what is happening is that more teams applied than expected so the league wants to see if they can make a second division. So, if your team hasn't applied and you'd like to do so then I think you should be able to get in.

You should check on that Larry. I don't need to check. I do have an opinion which is the sooner Nuttal is replaced the better for the club. I have no clue what he has done for the club nor why he is considered an asset. Like Chris Armas, Nuttal is not effective on the youth side. Some are and some aren't able to work with kids. My 2 cents.
