No other club on Long Island should waste time applying because its just a group of individuals that control it and do not want anyone else in from the region. PR will continue to say that there are no other clubs worthy of selection and he's the one on the committee that is choosing the new clubs. I think it has already been determined and confirmed that there are a few unstellar 'elite' clubs playing already.

Anonymous Unregistered	I believe that most clubs on LI have applied. I also believe that they applied because the crazy parents believe the hype and it is attracting players. The teams are not applying because of the level of competition, or the amount of coaches it can access, its a simple fact that all the clubs are looking for anything that will attract players. This does not validate the ECNL as a superior league. It validates the clubs for being greedy and the parents for being crazy.
