That's because only the sparks, mass and albertson parents are the ones who post here and they are so busy bragging and beating their chest in the other forum. They are so nuts that it will surely be confusing for them if they have to post in both. Hahaha!!!

Why is LIJSL allowing teams to roster 22 players at the U14/U15 level. Are they trying to scale down the amount of teams? What is the rationale?

Registration dollars?

Wouldn't it be smarter to have 2 teams at 13 players(26), then 1 team at 22?

no because most of the time you'll end up playing short.

The issue is not about fielding a 13 player team, it is the thought of Larry's answer to registration dollars. I think LIJSL would receive more dollars if there were 2 teams of 13, instead of 1 team at 22...

You are wrong, do the math

The expenses of a second team are not covered by 4 players which is what you are suggesting.

Also the profit becomes 100% on player 19, 20, 21, and 22.

Much much more profitable to have 22-25 on a roster than 18. You can double or more your profit.

Why do you think the ECNL allows for so many on one roster? For better training? lol

If you think it's about lijsl money, roster only 12 and have two teams (for the express purpose of have lijsl get less money). Noone is stopping you. Go what ever route you want. It's kind of a non-event.

This conversation is about all LIJSL league divisions, they are expanding the rosters for U14/U15 to 22 players, from D1 - D8

It's irrelevant to the thread and I don't care if you think I'm rude. You're ignorant.
