I have a question if anyone can give me an answer I'd appreciate it. If your team is in Division 2 and they come in 2 nd place do they move up to division 1 with the team that came in 1 st place?

Hey, plain and simple, this is bullying and goes against LIJSL's ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. This is also listed as a violation, under the CSL Code of Conduct Policy. This coach was advocating that,one of his players hit another in the face. He said this out loud so all can hear, thus, serving to intimidate and strike fear into the hearts and minds of 11-12 Year old girls playing soccer on the field. This GUY is a board member responsible for the CSL development program? WTF. another good reason why you want professional youth trainers/ certified soccer professionals teaching the game and working the sidelines on game day. If the commack soccer league takes no action than they are supporting Bullying. Parents, we should go to the next board meeting and vote them all out?. We need to hold them accountable and to a higher standard.



This video is an embarrassment for the commack soccer club. The coach is Mike Ricardelli, who by the way is on the Commack Soccer Board, responsible for the CSL developmental program. What is even worse is that nothing will be done. The Board is a joke! with their "Do as I say, not as I do" policy. Did the commack soccer club ever issue an apology to the Auburndale team/player?
