What many municipalities do not realize is that we don't have to put up with goose poop. There are various products like "Goose Off" that are basically a very concentrated version of grape juice. When sprayed on fields it is the best goose repellent in the world. The geese land on it, cannot stand the smell and taste and take off. The product comes in a container the size of an anti-freeze bottle. Too many fields, especially at schools are not landscaped properly and many have disabled the sprinkler systems.

Lake Grove does have a team, Fury, we played them last Fall but to say they will win their division is a far cry from reality. Unless they picked up all new kids over the Winter basically they are a kick and run team with one skilled kid who did all the scoring, mark the little blonde kid and Lake Grove won't score. Middle Country and West Babylon will dominate with Sachem right behind. Good Luck to all.

That's great info thanks , Send 10 cases to northport and send me the bill , That way after we beat them I CAN LEAVE THE FIELD CLEAN !!! LOL

Come on please be serious regardless west islip andbayshore are definitly the teams to beat hands down

Agreed that Lake Grove needs to get more kids and replace ones they have, the kid you are saying does all their scoring actually scored all the goals when we played them, keep him marked the whole game, and he will have a hard time scoring, however, Middle Country? Unless they have been hiding some powerhouse team and they are making their LIJSL debut this Spring, Middle Country wont win squat. Sachem Destroyers and West Babylon are misplaced in this bracket, they will clean house.

Lake Grove is a mix of U9 and U10 players, some of which they took just to have enough kids to register the team. There is some talent there but they need to replace 3 or 4 players to be anything better than S4.
