Here we go again trying to find a way to make the almighty Dix Hills be on top. Take the Regional league results.

Bethesda
Beachside
FSA Navy
Penn Fusion

There is you top four by head to head play. Throw in Lehigh Valley and TSF (NJ Cup Champs). So there are the top six. Arlington Impact and Dix Hills are next. Throw in Ironbound (NJ) and Lower Merion (PA). Forget any possible State Cup winners from DE, NH, VT, ME, RI, WV, and MA, they are all a joke when it comes to this level of play. How you can put Dix Hills in the top four when finished middle of the pack in the Region 1 league and lost convincingly to FSA 3-1 is beyond me. Granted they had internal issues and seem to be playing very well now which is a testament to their players.

i think clarkstown and penn fusion are both better then hbc...also lower merian is who beat 3-1 this year in delcho
New York sc
HBC titans

Not so sure about Clarkstown. They only scored 2 goals at the Delco tournament. They need some strikers that can score. If NYSC didn't have such a weak defense and give up 7 goals, the 4 goals that they scored would have carried them to at least second place.

Clarkstown went from #1 in the State to #4. That's not impressive.

You have to keep in mind that Clarkstown 98 is a U13 team. The fact that they continually beat U14 teams is impressive.

Clarkstown has a very strong defence only letting up one goal to the eventual winners sunrise and I would say they were in the death bracket having national players on both Florida and nysc.

I think any team with Sunrise in it's bracket is screwed.

Don't know where you get your information from but Clarkstown 98 is NOT a U13 team. They are a U14 team! It was named 98 because the coach's kid was born in 98.

Their website shows players that were on the 1997 ODP team, making some players 14.

In fact many U14 teams have players that are 13, thus the birth date range of 08/01/1997 to 07/31/1998.

People also have to keep in mind that clarkstown tied Dix hill 0-0 in there last meeting and can compete with many top teams. It shows that they had the least goals scored on them by Florida
