The problem is some of these trainers train to manny teams and worry to much about there scheaduals and not the children. THE REFF SHOULD GET PAID HALF IF THE GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE HE DID TRAVEL.

Sorry, I don't want to be rude, but your comment should have read, "The problem is that some of these trainers train too many teams and worry too much about their schedules and not the children. The ref should get paid half if the game is not playable. He did travel." The point is taken much better when written in a legible way.

The fact of the matter is that if the Coach does not cancel at least two hours before game time, then both teams and the ref(s)show up. If the game is suspended at that point the Referees get paid their ENTIRE fee. Different situation: If a team does not have enough players, then the referee abandons the game and gets paid. He completes a game report, send it in and the league usually determines it a forfeit.

If not, you shouldn't worry about the post. I think most readers deciphered the message. I think you lied. Your reply was meant to be rude. What other purpose did it serve? Yes, I am wasting my time now too.

can someone tell me if i can have my daughter moved from one team to another in mid season. how does that work. should i ask for her card back so she can tryout for another team? + She can tryout for anyone that she wants to. LIJSL considers the completion of the fall as "midseason" and for her to move to a new team for the spring, her current coach would have to release her pass and fill out/sign off on the required form. After the spring season, this is not required and she would "transfer" without coaches consent or the pass in hand. Does the required form need the name of the new team? How does this all work for winter league play? What steps need to be taken if any? Thanks.

If switching teams before spring you would need to request your old team to delete/drop them from their roster and return your pass to LIJ. You do need to sign a form confirming that you voluntarily dropped out in order to free up the roster spot in case they wanted to replace your daughter. But you do not need to tell them what team, if any, you are going to. If you have a new team all setup you should write a letter to LIJ explaining what team you are switching to so that they could expedite the switchover and your new team would have to add you to their roster using an add/delete sheet.

Yes, I am wasting my time now too. It honestly wasn't meant to be rude. The writer was making a good point, but I think good points get overlooked when people throw all spelling and grammar out the window, because it is perceived as having been written by someone who may not have the intelligence to be making a valid point.

I'd classify that as a run- on sentence little Miss Pompous.

I'd classify that as a run- on sentence little Miss Pompous. LOL! Actually, if you really want to be technical, the use of the conjunctions but and because, as well as properly placed commas, prevented that from becoming a run-on sentence. I think we can end the English lessons now, and return to soccer.
