Can anyone tell me how Dix Hills compares to Argentina.

Are they close in skill?

Argentina is flashy and can score on anyone but Dix Hills has the better defense. They tied in the spring 3-3.

Argentina was better than Dix Hills (and KP and Mass and NHP and ..) by two goals. It is a soccer game and any team can tie or win but they were the better team last year. Argentina plays up so not sure what the matchups will look like this spring with player movement and injuries but chances are Argentina will make the cup finals and it is up to the other teams to prove they are better by winning and not whining.

Many thanks to the schedulers for the Manhattan Kickoff. Suffolk County teams playing rediculsously early games in NYC and Westchester. Should we play in pajamas? 10 an 11yr old girls mind you. Don't take anything out of this tournament with that kind of schedule. What a joke. Let me guess, they couldn't make it any other way because of this and because of that = B.S.

RE ARGENTINA: "but they were the better team last year"...my sentiments exactly. ARGENTINA WILL NEVER WIN THE CUP THIS SEASON AS NUMEROUS TEAMS ARE BETTER THEN THEM and the funny thing is SHA will never ever see it coming lol. REMEMBER TO READ THIS POST WHEN YOU GET KNOCKED OUT

Here's your chance to answer a few questions and back up your statement, and maybe look a little less silly than you seem now.

Who are the "numerous teams that are better than them"?

Who do you think can knock them out of ENY Cup? If you would have looked at the brackets before typing, you would see that they have a pretty easy path to the finals. The other GU11 teams that could challenge them are all on the opposite side of the bracket, and will knock each other off before facing SHA.

*- don't forget to turn off Caps Lock when you respond smile

how do you know that the other teams are better than SHA this year? What is that statement based on?

The fact that there are some stupid jack asses who single out a specific ten year old and call her out in this forum is disgusting. And BTW, your concern should be the U10 Hicksville Hot Shots that are in GU11 N2 this Spring because I got news for you, you won't have to worry about SHA kicking your ass (don't they play up in U12 anyway) because these Hicksville kids will. and THEY will be making it to the Finals in the LI Cup, so be ready to console your daughters when they are upset about being knocked out by 9 and 10 year old because that's EXACTLY what's going to happen.
