Chances are 2 or 3 out of the 4 will be in the semi's with an upset or an early match between them.

The LI Cup is an automatic registration (unless a team opts out in writing) abd seeded by the LIJ division a team plays in so for Argentina it would be U12. A team needs to register for the State Cup so I am guessing they can register in U11 but perhaps playing up will force them up here as well.
