Now that I have my son ready for travel u9 (fall) and several HBC teams forming during tryouts, I remember when my son u14 (fall) started 4 years ago. There were 8 HBC teams at that time. After folding the 5th hbc team (NewForce,) I can just say that there is a 70% chance that an hbc team folds in the first 3 or 4 years. Besides United, Renegades have survived just wiht enough kids to play. Cyclones at most div 3 team. I'm going to stay away from hbc with my little one......
