Hey, know it all lets keep the coach and change the 18 players. WC is doing well but remember one thing, all players in other clubs will grow and get better. At U14, teams merge and WC parents will look for the next best thing or they will get angry at the coach and leave or the child would like to play other sports. At this age you start to notice the 3-4 little clicks players form. U13-14 players wants to run the show and have attitudes and bully the rest of the players because they know they're going to play every game. How to avoid this nonsense, it's by having 16 solid players and every practice they compete for their position. So, you go on and enjoy your victories and brag until your child is out of the squad. last, You become a Coach when you can handle 18 girls with different mentalities and live a fast life of attitudes.

The only pot stirrer here is the North Rockland coach. He knows what lies ahead this weekend. While the distance between the 2 Palisades exits is only a few; the difference in talent is an ocean apart. You don't think it kills him that every season talentd skilled players who love the game with a passion (parents as well) show up to the WCFC tryouts while the Rowdies reap what they sow and that is nothing. Who wants to play for a team that has no direction or pupose other than trying to intimidate their opponents. Nothing has changed with this team for as long as they are in existence. They lack the skill to improve as a group. In fact, if you spotted them 2 passes they couldn't put 3 passes together. The parents have allowed him to act in such a way that this team has no respect by any teams in Region 1. These are young girls who have to deal wiith the reprucussions each week. They have been kicked out of leagues and the result for them is to try and come off as a victim. They are only a victim of their own circumstances. NR parents is it worth it in the long run to continue going down this road?

Only wish is that we could play Worldclassless the first game at Delco and make them think about nothing but us all tournament when they knew they couldn't advance for the rest of the weekend.

Knocking them out of state cup early will have to be enough for now. How odd will it look to see the mighty WC, slayer of everyone, not have one of those little state champion cups next to their name on got soccer all the while trying to tell everyone they are the best in Region I and nationally ranked. Yet having to say that they weren't even the best team in Rockland County on April 29th let alone the state.
