You fail to realize that many lower division teams have high quality players--they just lack the depth of the D1 teams. Just because they are not on a D1 team now does not rule them out as a top player.

HILARIOUS, keep the jokes coming - sorry the "inn is full" with a squad that is strong from top to bottom, no benchwarmers on this team, unfortunately you will have to sleep outside during the spring season!

Albertson makes a living taking top players from d2 d3 and d4 teams who are as good as d1 players, just on teams that have little depth.

This just isn't true. The bottom teams in each division often drop 2 levels - an S1 team in 8th place could end up in D3 in Fall '10

N2 and S2-->Div 3 and 4
N3 and S3--> div 5 E and W
N4 and S4--> div 6 E and W
N5 and S5 --> div 7 E and W
N6 and S6 --> div 8 E and W
N7--> div 9W

The question is how many teams will disappear or in other words how many teams won't have enough kids to play 11 vs 11 plus subs? A lot of players movement next May and June in tryouts. Best players of div 3 and 4 teams will try to go to div 1 and 2 teams...it is just a fact.....looking forward for the alignments. Congrats to the sportsmanship winners

Yes, while it is true that "not all of the best players of the best teams went to RR tryouts" The talent at this age group is tremendous and plentiful there is not one extraordinary kid better than the rest.

The fact remains is that the RR team is a team of ringers, not one kid lacks for talent. Whether they are D1 D2 or D13 really makes no difference.

Although as amatter of fact the team is made up of kids from a host of top finishing D1 teams from N and S.
