Last I checked the only team that's been on this forum boasting how good they are is Brentwood and they are not even playing in the top bracket. Brentwood after you win your bracket this weekend, Do Not come on here and state how good you are. Your coach has dodged your team from playing any D1 teams.
brentwood aguila is not avoiding any teams,we got place in the platinum bracket by the tournament organizers.

Not true. Before HBC united and HBC FC Unites coached by the same guy were A and B. United played age up in several tournaments. FC played in age most of the tiem. United was treated as A team because of better players and better rankings. FC end up in 8th place last Spring due to this. United end up in secondso they were A and B teams.

Correct, even in the HBC tournament 1 (the A) is playing up in u-12 and the B is playing in their age.

Uhhm .. No... Only in your m ind. You may have 30 kids to sort out between YUR A and B but it is not HBC's A tema nor their B team. There are like 8 teams in the age group from HBC. They are not A and B and C and D and E and F etc.

Kids who tried out for say Spurs are not part of United. So Spurs is not the A team and United the B and Mean Machine d etc. They are just teams. You may control two of them and have a feeder system for the better team but parents of the "B" team should not think they are on the second best team of 8 teams. (thye may all wke up and ask why they are being held back certainlysomebody is going to get left out soon enough)It is only your own personal system and not HBC's.

Agree! i guess 50 kids came down to play for a bad team that is coached buy a bad coach. mayb eeveryone on long island is dumb. except the jerk that made the comment. hes smart. wonder where your kid plays. or did he get cut after the tryouts. sounds like it. loser.

OK I get it. the old "your kid got cut" argument and my kids is really kick ass awesome. (at u11 no less). Lets see if he even is playing in 4 years. No, we did not go down to the silly tryouts for the super team and don't have a son in the age group. Just know the climate and the comments made here confirm it.
Who cares about the coach? Isit 50 kids that know the coach and want to play for him or is it just another selfish outrageous ego boost to post here? You decide. What town is United from? Why go to HBC? Who didn't wnat you or who did you piss off at u-9?
Buyer Beware!!!!

I was ONLY referring to HBC United not the other 4 more HBC (2 HBCdisappeared for Fall 09.) United was the A and FC United was the B. Got it.......check the standings and tournament participation

I think East Meadow has a good shot at running the table. They picked up some quality players, no one seems to give them any credit

real discouraging to see so many parents ship their kids clubs out of town at u10, u11......I can see that at older ages, but does is matter now? So much for playing with classmates....

My question to you is: What loser would be on a U11 forum if he does not have a kid playing at that age group? Get a life

Sounds like you are bitter that several of the better kids left your club team. U10, 11, 12 are the years when a player learns and masters the technical aspects of the game. Yes, it can be done with club teams but what happens if you are in a club, or on a club team, where some kids do not want to train, go to tournaments, or practice? My child is on a team with several players from his town along with other towns. No, he does not play for his town. I would love from him to play for our town but our club is a mess. He has a great coach and all of the kids are friends. Even at this age, it is difficult to get 12-15 kids from the same town to want to play the same amount of soccer at nearly the same level. He is happy and so are the other kids.
