I don't think all the teams fulfill their rosters or maybe they did but not all the teams got 3 or 4 very very good players....anybody knows if some teams dissolved or merged? so far we know that hbc united, mean machine and fc united merged. If some towns had 3 teams, maybe the 3th team dissolved in order to give players to the other 2 teams plus kids leaving for other activities.......

Yeap...hard to belive that 132 teams in LI gathered 4 players (that means 396 more players for a roster of 15 per team)????

I heard that 5 or 6 players left mean machine. It's weird that a team that it is going to stay in N1 lost almost have of the team, maybe they were not happy with the merging ??

Any thoughts?

Mass goes to N2. HBC FC United goes to S2 too. You missing Albert son Galaxi (from N2) and POB Rev too. In Suffolk you are missing CHS and DH Xtreme from S2....sorry Mass fans......

Your going to have to explain to me why Mass should go down to D2? When they were the second highest goal scoring team? With a new goalie they could be set for a break out year in D1.

Mass goes down because they did not perform well in the fall or the spring. LIJSL does not place teams on the hopes that “the new goalie sets the team up for a breakout year.” You are obviously a Mass parent devastated that your beloved A-team will be in D2. Please remember, these are just 10 and 11 year old kids, most of whom will not play soccer past eighth grade. Stop living through your kid.

Remember, there is no need to resort to wearing a paper bag over your head when gallivanting around town or, even worse, parking the minivan in the garage while its running. I promise, when I see you on the soccer field this fall, I will not make fun of you . . . or will I?

Yours in Soccer,

A Proud D2 (at best) parent.
