NY Cup rosters may offer flexibility, but not at this time of year. The roster for the spring can not be changed from the fall.

These are the first alignments- I don't think they represent the best teams in LIJ. There are some teams in lower divisions that belong in the top. Let's see if LIJ makes some needed corrections to the revised alignments to get some of the better
